Visitor applications

Standard Visitor permission may cover tourism, family visits, limited business activity, short study and other permitted activities. The applicant must still show that the proposed visit is genuine, properly funded and consistent with the Visitor rules.

If ORSAYA is not the right fit

After reviewing your initial information, ORSAYA will confirm whether we can assist. If your matter falls outside the work we undertake, we will tell you clearly rather than accepting instructions without the appropriate fit.
